Modrava

Modrava – a tradition mountain village, today one of the most important summer and winter tourist centres in the Bohemian Forest National Park.

The community was first mentioned in documents in 1614. The most popular village is Březník (Pürstling), where the story of „Aus der Welt der Waldeinsamkeiten“ by Karel Klostermann is set.
